IVY MICHAELS
Ivy Michaels, the Co-Founder of MP Search Partners, began her career in Executive Search in 1996. She has extensive experience in the search industry and has led searches in the US, Europe and Asia for buy-side and sell-side clients. Throughout her career, Ivy has placed well over 500 investment professionals globally across Commercial Real Estate, Debt & Equity, Commodities and Macro products. She has a significant track record of maintaining long term relationships with both clients and candidates. From 2000 to 2007, Ivy was based in London and worked on search mandates across Europe. Prior to recruitment, she worked at Prudential Securities and Lehman Brothers. Ivy graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Political Science.
ALISON PARENT MALONEY
Alison Parent Maloney, the Co-Founder of MP Search Partners, has been an Executive Recruiter specializing in financial services since 1996. Before beginning her career in Executive Search, Alison worked for Bankers Trust in a relationship management role focused on asset managers, hedge funds and large global investment managers. She has successfully led searches in portfolio management, research, trading, marketing, new business development and investment banking in New York and London for Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Investment Banks and Private Equity Firms. Alison received an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and graduated from Skidmore College with a BA in English.
